The international affairs and technological exchange center has been formed to lay the foundation for an increase of scientific, technological, and innovative relations with other countries and have access to a specific and considerable position in the regional and global business of knowledge-based products. Considering its special position, this center is responsible for managing coordination in technological and innovative activities of relevant organizations and units outside the country, exporting knowledge-based products and services, supply and demand of technology (technology transfer), and developing the technology diplomacy.
